The Gild Hall Toddler Group is a voluntary organisation run by volunteers and a committee and relies on subscription fees being paid, when due, in order that it may continue to run each week. Due to its success and venue it has high running costs and all monies received by the Toddler Group are for the benefit of the children and parents. The group has to pay rent each week and also supplies refreshments to both adults and children, we purchase gifts for the children on their birthday and Christmas and in addition, on special occasions, like Easter, we purchase Easter eggs for the children. As you will appreciate the toys also require replacing on a regular basis due to the high usage.

Subscription fees are paid in advance either yearly or termly and are currently £2.00 per week. This fee is for entrance to the playgroup, tea/coffee and toast for the parents/carers and juice and toast for the children, birthday/Christmas present for the children and Easter egg at Easter and craft.

There is constantly a waiting list for the playgroup.

We are open during the school holidays with the exception of Christmas and Easter and you are able to bring your older children to the playgroup during these periods as well as inset days and they will be charged £1.00 on these one off occasions.

If you are interested in joining then please complete the membership form and return it to us. Upon receipt you will be contacted and informed when you can take up your place or how long the waiting list is.
